The whips module system is an off-site–fabricated electrical assembly designed to streamline installation and significantly reduce on-site labour. Each module is pre-configured with a socket-mounted ladder and basket arrangement, allowing for quick connection, secure cable routing, and immediate integration into the site’s distribution network.

A pre-terminated tail of cable is included within every module. This ensures that all critical terminations are completed in a controlled off-site environment, improving quality, consistency, and compliance while removing the need for cutting, stripping, or jointing cables onsite.

By delivering the modules fully assembled—complete with containment, accessories, and wiring—the system reduces installation complexity and minimises site-based tasks to simple positioning and plugging operations. As a result, the approach cuts the onsite workload by approximately 70%, delivering faster programme delivery, improved safety, and reduced disruption to other trades.
